Thanks to our many years of experience working with our partners such as TotalEnergies and Grupa Azoty, we are able to offer a wide range of PP-type products at competitive market prices.

Our material solutions are as varied as the application in the consumer-goods industry. Our products are successfully used in areas such as transportation, white goods, office and household applications. Thanks to its excellent color brilliance, excellent surface properties, good impact resistance, also at low temperatures, good processability and food resistance, our material solutions do not just fulfil all provisions, but also meet the customers’ requirements in terms of design possibilities and haptic.

Grupa Azoty is a European producer of polypropylene, with the latest technology and a capacity of more than 400kt.

Gryfilen® offers a wide range of product properties:

• Low content of volatiles
• Very good organoleptic properties (low migration of taste and odour)
• Excellent optical properties of random copolymers (high transparency and gloss)
• Excellent stiffness/impact balance of copolymers
• Phthalate-free product
• Excellent product consistency, which guarantees stable processing

Food Packagings

TotalEnergies is the leader in this segment and offers high-quality types with the corresponding required licenses. That these products are the best when it comes to processability and their excellent mechanical properties is well known on the market:

• PP C 14642 - the latest product with MFI (melt flow index) for thin-walled packaging combines high impact resistance and stability with the best possible processing properties. Example: margarine tub. 
  
• PP C 11812 and PP C 12642 - particularly suitable for the production of ice boxes. 
  
• PP R 12236 - odourless and particularly transparent for high-quality drinking cups. 
  

Covers and Caps

Flip top caps (e.g. in the case of oil bottles), caps for sports drinks bottles or caps for shampoo bottles or similar. 

We will find the right material for every design:

• PP R 7227 - with the best organoleptic properties.

Various Lumicene types - manufactured with the metallocene technology. The Lumicene product range has a unique combination of optical properties and simple processing.
