In addition, the activities of the company in China shall continue to grow profitably. TER HELL PLASTIC started up production of specialty compounds in the country last summer with capacity of 4,000 tonnes/year for the Chinese market. Last but not least, Dobrowolski relies upon raising the competence assets of the company’s own staff. In the future staff should be supported more intensively through targeted training and broadened education measures. Dobrowolski has repeatedly experienced in the international chemical business that the key to success, precisely in a sales oriented environment, are highly qualified and motivated employees.
With Claus Dobrowolski an experienced manager now takes up the function of Speaker of the Board at TER HELL PLASTIC. His knowledge has been drawn from a variety of different industries. Prior to his appointment on 1 January 2011 as Managing Director at the TER HELL PLASTIC plastics company in Herne, he has held responsibilities for many years at the South African chemical company Sasol, finally as member of the management board of Sasol’s wax business subsidiary, Sasol Wax International AG. Before that, Dobrowolski was responsible for international subsidiary companies at Linde AG.
