Reality is the best test.
That's why we included it in our QM System.
Because quality is a must, we ensure it comprehensively. For example, we produce sample quantities that can be projection-molded on the original tools, transfer temperature profiles and shear ratio to the conditions of the large production series and constantly monitor serial production: with test samples, color samples and of course also with measurement protocols for various machine parameters. These and many additional process steps are integral parts of a QM system that encompasses our entire competency. It is certified as per DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
